i see you in everything

an original song about interconnection.

inspired by the ancient philosophy that there is a portion of everything else in everything, i began to see this concept reveal itself everywhere, from love, to family, nature, and growth. pondering, how does an acorn grow into an oak tree? one might surmise it must’ve been “hiding” inside. i thought about how incredible it is that my mother was once just a baby, arriving at the conclusion that all the love and wisdom she carries was there the whole time. this song encapsulates the shared essence found among things in my life, and the world as a whole.
